Volunteer and SHOP FIRST!!!

Volunteer Pre-Sale: 
Tuesday, 
April 2nd 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Half-Price Pre-Sale
Saturday, April 6th 7:30 am
***You will receive 1 Volunteer Pre-Sale Pass good for 1 person only for each volunteer shift worked. ***
  • Volunteering allows you to SHOP FIRST before anyone else, even consignors! (No children at the Pre-sale)
  • You will have LOTS of FUN meeting new people and hanging out with old friends!
  •  It is only a 4-HOUR work shift!
  • You can Volunteer without being a consignor but your volunteer time must be before the pre-sale or one of the below.
NEW VOLUNTEER OPTIONS:

  •  
    • We will be passing out bags of coupons/ads for local businesses to the first 100 customers.   Sell 3 of these ads for $25 to local businesses you can be considered a volunteer.  The business needs to provide us with what they would like to go in the bags and we will distribute them.
    • Put up at least 15 Trading Closets Fliers to various businesses by Friday, March 29th
    • Distribute postcards to various day-cares and schools the week of the sale, but no later than Wednesday, April 3rd.
    • ( There will only be a few of these slots.)

     Fliers/Postcards

     



        Volunteers are crucial to the success of the event.  As a volunteer you will be asked to work a 4-hour slot with various jobs such as keeping items organized, answering customer questions, and helping with checkout.  If you sign up to be a volunteer please show up for your volunteer time.  If you do not show up it affects others and the success of the sale.  If you would like to volunteer, but are not consigning please select a time from above and email us at christyk@tradingclosetscs.com to sign up.  Consignors can sign up to volunteer on the registration form.  Volunteer spaces are limited so sign up fast!  Thank you for volunteering!  We are looking forward to working with you!!!
